Working together
Which businesses do you work with?
Local businesses and freelancers, SMEs and B2B service providers, online stores, coaches and course creators, and international companies – in the DACH region, Spain/Latin America and Portugal/Brazil.
How does onboarding work?
After the free intro call, we analyse your situation (audit), propose a strategy and send you a written quote. Once you agree, we start with the most effective measures.
Will I have a dedicated contact?
Yes. You have one dedicated contact who knows your project and coordinates the work within the team.
How often do I get a report?
Monthly by default, including context and recommendations. On request, we set up a live dashboard you can access at any time.
Costs & contracts
What does working with you cost?
Every quote is tailored to your business. After the free intro call and a short analysis, you receive a tailored written quote.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. You pay ad spend directly to the platforms (e.g. Google, Meta). Our agency fee is separate.
How long am I committed?
The term is agreed individually in your quote – matching the service and your goals.
Data & privacy
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. We work in your accounts with access rights. If our collaboration ends, everything stays with you.
Do you sign a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. As soon as we have access to personal data – e.g. in ad accounts, analytics, CRM or newsletter tools – we sign a DPA in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Is your tracking GDPR-compliant?
We set up tracking with consent management and use server-side tracking where it makes sense. This doesn’t replace a legal review of your privacy policy – for that, we recommend a data protection consultant or lawyer.
Results
How quickly will I see results?
With Google Ads and social ads, often within a few weeks. SEO works in the medium term: you usually see first improvements after a few months, and the full effect builds up over a longer period.
Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?
No – and nobody serious can. We guarantee clean work, transparency and measurable progress.
